Four months back I was looking to switch to a new Dth company. I came to know about the scheme of independent tv. They were offering a full year of subscription to all the channels available which also included ** HD channels. Along with SD channels. Slowly they started to cut the channels to lesser numbers and now they barely offer anything. No HD channels and apparently I have been migrated to Best Suited Plan which offers me other languages Channels which I cannot understand and I am not allowed to change my channels according to my choice which is the whole reason why TRAI instigated this. I am very helpless as when I try to communicate my problem to them they say they turn the other languages channels off but will not offer any other channels in return. Hope this explains my problem. Please help me to sort out the problem.
