Hi

This myflowerapp first confirmed that they provide service in the given pincode(******). Then they took ₹*** extra for a fix delivery time(standard delivery is free). They promise delivery in * hours and they confirmed my order after the fix delivery time passed (they took more than ** hours to confirm). Their contacts numbers are unreachable. When it rings, they barge calls. Then I submitted contact form. Later on they called and said they cannot arrange flowers for which they were charging more than *** almost (it was a combo of average cake of ***g and a set of * roses for which they charged ₹**** that includes ₹*** extra for fix delivery).

Since they didn't find roses, they added * dairy milk chocolates of ₹*** with no presentation at all.

And cake that was received was from a local familiar shop who charges not more than *** for that cake.

I just want to say, I have been an active online shopper and this is the most disappointing experience I ever had. Kindly check the photos attached of things I have received in **** that too post * hours from designated time.
They would not answer your call nor reply to mails. My order Id is *********. Forget Terrible service, should atleast refund the extra amount that charged for delivering on time which they failed.

I hope a strict action is taken on them. Nobody should ever buy anything from them even if they offer it at a very cheap price.
