No Broker - Service not received but money paid

I was asked to take a plan called the 'Relax Plan' costing Rs. **** with NoBroker to find apartments in Bangalore. I was told that they will be helping with shortlisting apartments, scheduling visits, drafting rental agreements, and negotiating. The relationship manager sent exactly one property and then disappeared. I did all the work by myself - shortlisted, negotiated, scheduled visits, drafted the agreement, etc. I asked for a refund or another service with NoBroker escalation team but they refused to do anything.
