From MyAirtel app I did a recharge for a pack of ** to get *gb benefits which I didn't received, airtel customer support told me on airtel website it is mentioned wrong there is no such plan. Then I did ** recharge for *gb data again the same thing. Also airtel is now denying to refund my money back, they are not providing the service the data nor refunding the money back.
How is that my fault.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
