K sasthiri filed complaint against Jio air fiber on Jan 24, 2026
On ** March ****, I booked Jio AirFiber and paid ₹*,***. Jio engineers visited my premises for installation but were unable to proceed due to lack of *G network coverage in my area. This coverage limitation was already known to the service provider, yet I was still encouraged to book the connection and make payment. No service was provided.
For nearly two months, I approached Jio customer care and local offline staff multiple times seeking installation or refund, but no effective resolution was given. After repeated follow-ups and disputes, the refund was said to be processed; however, I was instructed to wait an additional three months for the amount to be credited.
Despite the lapse of almost one year since payment, I have not received any refund. Jio customer support has stopped responding, and offline staff have failed to assist. This constitutes deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and mental harassment. I request refund of the paid amount with appropriate compensation.
