Rcn Cable - Service not provided

RCN digital cable person came to our house for cable recharge. I have paid the money in advance on **-**-****. Thereafter my cable stops and no service started. Even after many calls, he is not responding. And not lifting the phone. It's almost a month without service. I have message confirmation for money paid.
