Despite clearing dues, Vi is refusing to deactivate my post paid account and transfer it to prepaid as per my request.

The Vi office in Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala, has been most uncooperative. Neither the Vi head office nor the store will take calls.
Sorry state of affairs and I have been a Vodafone customer for the past ** years.
