vodafoneidea VI - Network Issue for more than a week

I / We are facing network connection / slow issue with vodafoneidea (VI) from **/**/**** onwards, I / we are not able to connect their network not even for a minute continiously. regarding this issue i lodged a comlaint to VI ref. RTN-V*********** on **/**/**** they were simply replied, this issue will get resolved with in ** days. yet the problem has not been resolved, so again i called VI call centre on **/**/**** ref. id: RTN-V*********** , RTN-V*********** RTN-V*********** explained the issues faced by me and asked to extend the validity period and to return back unused data to my account, since the issue with their network fault, not only for me, all VI customer who residing in my location.
