Scenario - I posted a query for vehicle transport on Justdial’s and got a call from multiple vendors.
I choose one of the vendor whose details were mentioned as verified on Justdial and paid an advance of Rs ****/- as per discussion with the vendor.Later the vendor demanded for more money which I denied to pay until vehicle is picked.
Then vendor used abusive language and said do whatever I want he will not provide the service neither will refund the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
