Dear Voxya Team,
I am Ram Prakash Mourya, the owner of Engineered waterproofing solution and construction company. My company provides Engineered Waterproofing Solutions & Construction services. To expand our business and receive potential customer leads, we registered on Justdial for their lead generation services.
On March *, ****, I made a payment of ₹**** to Justdial for their services. However, despite completing the registration and making the payment, I have not received a single lead to date. This is a clear failure on Justdial’s part to deliver the promised services.
I have attempted to contact Justdial’s customer support multiple times, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. Since I have not received the service I paid for, I request an immediate refund of my ₹**** as per consumer rights.
If Justdial does not process my refund at the earliest, I will be forced to take further action, including filing a legal complaint with the Consumer Forum.
I request Voxya’s support in resolving this issue and ensuring that Justdial either provides the promised leads or refunds my money.
