Vijaya Raj filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 9, 2022
I had ordered a geyser from Flipkart in the month of June'**. and in December it started causing heating and leakage issues, I raised a complaint with Flipkart as the product is under warranty of * years, they s shared a number of seller and asked to contact them, I contacted and after per day call they were asking same issue again and again and said they will replace the product but one-time courier charges you have to bear, I paid *** rupees after that also they didn't send anyone for pickup of product. This issue is going on since *th December and Flipkart is also not providing any resolution, they are simply giving next date of resolution.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
