I bought a room heater manufactured by Orpat and sold by amazon in the month of September. From *th December ****, it is not working. I called the customer care services a number of time, but did not get a useful response. most of the time the calls were not picked up. One person from customer service, told me to take my heater to guwahati to get it repaired which is *** km far from my place in Shillong. They are not taking responsibility to give me the proper services. I am working here and it is not possible for anyone to travel *** km for a repairing service.
