remote is not working so i make a complaint in customer care on **/**/**** after that vediocon D*H close my complaint without doing anything , when i call on **/**/**** they reply your complaint is resolve but they never come to my home . they did the same thing * times (i again complain on **/**/**** so they same rply on **/**/****)
after that i make another complain on **/**/**** after that service engineer come to my home on **/**/****(*::** pm) and change my remote and ask for rupee *** , i pay amount but service engineer did not provide any bill for that amount , after ** hrs new remote is also not working so i again make complain on **/**/**** and they are asking money again and bill will not providing
