Vediocon D2h - false commitment and no resolution of companints after severl calls

After various calls there is no positive response from vediocon d*h supervisors, in last seven days * times registering complaint with the supervisor not active services nither any single call and visit from their site . only false commitment from customer care team.
my family and myself suffered in these days need to strong action against this company.
