we took plan from just dial worth ***** for purchase of queries related to tours and travels, but at the start they provided us good amount of queries and from last * months they are least bothered about the query that we received. we complained them several times but all went in vein, Field executive and office executive, Vipul oza and Kajal both of them are making us fool in name of customer service. we are not getting what was promised by them. now its * months from the time when i sent them a mail stating to close our services and according to prodata basis refund us the remaining amount as we are not satisfied by JUST DIAL services.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
