Holiday Travel Zone - Service not provided as per commitment

Dear Sir
I had booked an honeymoon package from holiday travel zone via yatra.cpm
My name is Himanshu Kumar my booking refrence number is ************* against this booking i had made an paymnet of amount *****rs which include all the hotel expenses, breakfast and dinner along with this they had committed for * night stay in deluxe house boat along with all honeymoon inclusions that contains bed decoration, candle night dinner and badam milk and all stuff against this deluxe houseboat i had got a *rd class house boat which didn't have clean washrooms even and i didn't recieve any honeymoon inclusions when i tried to contact agent Mr. Tariq who is appointed by holiday travel zone the person even talked with me rudely and asked me that if you want to stay then stay or leave.
All the commitments was made by Miss. Dolly employee of holiday travel zone she makes all the commitments false even they commit me some tickets for sight seeing which i didn't recieve and cab was appointed for all sight seeing but cab driver only picked us drop to hotels only. I reccemend not use any service from holiday travel zone.
