I purchased a trip to srinagar from holiday travel zone which is situated at lajpat nahar delhi, I partially deposited the amount to book my tour but they are not delivered the same thing at the real ,they promise our stay in * star category hotel but they gave stay to us a budget hotel and there is lot of communication gap created by their manager akash and they threatened me to give the money otherwise they don't allow to check out from srinagar by local persons who is owner of that property I was travelling with my wife and a baby girl of * years old that's why I paid the amount but now I want to claim my money please help me
