Nobroker Cleaning - service not provided after confirmation

I want to escalate your home cleaning service on the booking and confirmation. I had Booked a slot for tomorrow after the agent confirmed that they can provide the service to that particular location and asked me to pay **** Rs immediately for the service. I paid and got a confirmation mail . Now they gave a call saying that they can't provide the service and initiated a cancellation request. As I need to book the service immediately , I need my money back now itself, as i don't have money with me to pay to another vendor.
