Nobroker Cleaning - Absence after making the payment for servies

I have booked Nobroker home services for * bathroom cleaning @*** rupees. The amount was prepaid for the services.The promised services was to be delivered today, I.e; **th August,**noon. The no. through which we have booked is now a non-registered no. and I am left helpless since there is no helpline or so Nobroker possesses. And they say they have successfully launched in ** cities including HYDERABAD. That's a shame on them. I am disgusted by their pathetic behavior of looting their consumers. Before we book the services they call you back *** times.
