Act Fibernet Hyderabad had deceived me by financial and mentally. I Opted their Six Months Internet plan by visiting their website as we need to pay in advance, I payed an amount of Rs: **** on ** April **** by providing my full installation address. On the same day their technician visited my place and informed me that my area will not fall under their coverage and asked me to apply for refund. I applied refund on the same date and no one bothered to refund the amount it has been a month now. I keep calling their customer support but of no use. I humble request to solve my problem and take an action against ACT fibernet as no one should suffer like me.
