What is your review of Tikona Digital Networks?
Let me share my experience. I wanted internet connection so I looked up Tikona because there are many posters of Tikona in my city. I called Tikona for a new connection. There was less or no wait time.
The representative was very well spoken. I asked him the plan details. He first checked if my building is eligible for a connection and confirmed that my building is eligible. I asked for a * month plan first because I wasn’t sure how long I will use the internet. The representative offered me * month plan, saying there will be * month free and the router will be free. I thought that the plan is good and signed up. Then he asked me to make the payment online. I made the payment of Rs. **** using my credit card. I was told that my internet will be installed in * days.
That’s it. The horror starts. I was provided a number of local engineer. Whenever I called, the engineer didn’t answer. Then I called the customer care. I was asked that if I called the engineer, then he said he will try and contact the engineer. I was hopeful for a resolution. Instead, the call was disconnected.
Then Coronavirus took over, I waited for a long time. After lockdown, I called them again. This time wait time was long, finally when I got connected the representative was talking as if he is about to die. I told my problem and asked for refund. He verified my details and put me on hold. After ** mins, he responds saying I will get refund in *–* business days. It has been ** days and still no refund. God knows if and when I will get my refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
