Hello,
I have been listed under business name: Diagnostica-A unit of Dr. agrawal onco-path lab.
Person from just dial came to us, his name is Gurpreet and Avinash from justdial Raipur team.
They told me to go for paid listing but I was not interested then they said we will register ur business under fixed position for keyword Pathology labs in raipur.
I agreed and gave them cheque. Later on the person again came and said there was problem with cheque and need again I gave them.
Later on I saw my business was listed and keyword was changes from Pathology lab to Diagnostic center without my pre-approval.
My category is enlisted in wrong keyword. I get harased because I get call from customer for different services which I dont offer and I am paying for that.
If this is the case I feel cheated by just dial team.
Kindly stop my ECS and refund my money back.
I have called and emailed so many time to just dial and there is no response.
They have not given any contract letter also to me.
I urge the team kindly dont fool the customer and take money. For the same I will go to consumer forum if not responded properly
