Le Eco India - Service not given

I have purchased a le max * and the fingerprint sensor of it had stopped working and i have sent it for repair in your authorized service center. They told me that your phone has to be sent for repair and it would take about ** days to come back. My job-sheet number is ************ i have given it to the mobile supermarket & scf -*,model town extension market near krishna mandir Ludhiana
today it had been more than * months and the phone has not come yet.This is my last warning to your company. i have not received my phone back from the repairs The service person told me that my has come back unrepaired and they also told me that you can collect the phone unrepaired and submit it in another service centre. They also told me that their service for the leeco company is on hold. Then I called on your helpline number and they noted my email address and told me they will contact me by email but no email came from your company.I do not want the phone now so I order the company to refund my money back. If my money is not refunded then i will be going to the consumer courts and sue the company for harassment caused to me by your company. even the company is not contacting me job-sheet number ************.
