I reset my LE*S phone around * month back. Since than I am not able to sign in Lee Account. All my contacts were saved in that account. Also I am not able to use any services provided by Lee Company. I tried to find the customer care no.from internet which was wrong. Then i mailed their US email Id, and they provided me a different no. Now I am regularly calling up and they say that they have unbind my phone(I dont know whats that). and just restart your phone and things will start. I did that but nothinh happened. When i asked the complaint no.they said that software doesn't generates that. Now today again i called for the same issue and I was replied that their server is not working. O GOD!! Cut the crap, its been almost more than a month since their servers are not working!!!!!
They don't even reply on emails. I received an email after ** days with a bullshit reply. I have attached a screenshot for the same.
Already faced lot of mental harassment and stress and can't take any more.
Need your support to sure these kind of fake companies.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
