Royal Digitech filed complaint against Classplus on Mar 20, 2026
Very disappointing experience with Classplus. At the time of purchase, none of these charges were explained. After onboarding, we were asked to pay extra for many basic features. Even for issues like video lag during online classes, the suggested solution was to pay additional server costs.
Every time we recharge credits to run classes, new charges appear that were never communicated earlier. When we requested a refund due to these unexpected costs and poor service, we were simply told there is a “no refund policy.”
This experience felt misleading and highly unprofessional. If you are planning to run online classes or batches on this platform, please be very careful. Lack of transparency, continuous extra payments, and weak support make the overall experience extremely frustrating.
