Classplus - Refund Request for Miscommitment in Application Services 7500

I, Satendar Singh, founder of Excel Skills Hub, booked an application with Classplus on **-Sep-**** by making a partial payment of ₹****.
At the time of booking, their representative Mr. Shubham assured me that:
The Play Store listing would show only my name, without requiring me to purchase any additional developer console.
My institution’s name would be correctly mentioned as “Excel Skills Hub.”
The application would be personalized as per the customization promised.
However, after launching:
On the Play Store, someone else’s name appeared under mine, and I was later told I must pay an additional ₹**** or buy a developer console to correct this.
My institution’s name was incorrectly written as “Excel skills hub” (wrong capitalization), and the app was launched without my approval.
Despite repeated requests, the team insisted that all further changes require long email processes, which contradicts the “personalized UI” commitment.
When I raised these issues, they refused to process my refund, even though the services delivered were not as promised.
