Gtpl Broadband - Service not delivered

We have taken GTPL broadband connection - Surat for office use. But the broadband connection is down since last week. We registered a complaint with the company as soon as we reach the office every morning, but there is no solution. In a week we were provided net connectivity for hardly a *-* hours. Since we are working in an office, all work comes to stop as we are not able to any work without network connectivity. Please help us to get the solution of frequently down connectivity or else provide us with the refund of the advance paid amount.
