I have changed my MIA* phone display paid (Rs. ****) on wk** ****. There was a white patch developed around the corner of the new display. The service centre informed me that it is a display issue and it needs to be changed. The new display already has * months warranty. But they did not have a spare. I have been asked to visit another service center where there was a spare available. Hence I reached out to Velachery service centre and registered for this complaint with invoice # **XXXX***X.
My phone is sitting with them for almost * weeks with no solution.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
