Imarticus Learning Private Limited - Service not delivered as promised false commitments just for the purpose of enrolling

I am writing to formally raise a issue regarding my enrollment in your ACCA coursein imarticus. I joined the program in August and paid the full fee at the beginning of the month. At the time of enrollment, I was informed that I would be added to a forum to receive course details. However, despite waiting until the end of October, I did not receive any study materials or information about the classes.
When I contacted my program manager, Ms. Aastha, she initially advised me to start attending classes in November. Unfortunately, I was unable to cope with the batch as I had missed approximately ** classes between August and October. I explained this concern to her, and she assured me that she would discuss the matter with the Imarticus team and revert. Subsequently, she suggested that I join the December batch, which I declined, as my payment was made for the August batch, not December.

I was shocked that even i cant write exams in December also ..which was the main reason i joined in this course ..i came to know for admission purpose they had made me to believe i can write exams in December.because i am pursuing degree
In the meantime, I received two books for the subject FR, but since then, there has been no further communication from her. This issue has now persisted for over four months, which is unacceptable. I have neither gained any learning nor clarity, and this prolonged delay has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.
I request an immediate resolution to this matter. Please confirm whether I will receive a refund or an alternative solution without further delay. This situation has impacted both my finances and peace of mind,
