Vihang desai filed complaint against Gtpl Broadband on May 13, 2020
I purchased gtpl broadband **mbps plan * year for **** rupee, first they said within * days the installation will be done then they came * week later I refused and asked for refund didn't give me refund said refund will take ** days.
so I let them install then the wifi worked for * * days and speed started dropping to ** mbps.
then after a month the speeds are now around ** to *** kbps which is lower than *g speeds.
I had like to ask for refund for possible and I don't mind if they cut * or * months charges and taxes.
hope you can help.
