Travel Triangle - Service issue

Full amount of travel package was paid to Travel Triangle till **th Aug **** (in * instalments) and the travel agent Adventure Mania didn't pay the full amount to resorts in Rishikesh & Lansdowne. Awkward situation was created for me when resort managers of Rock Wood (Lansdowne) and Trihari (Rishikesh) questioned me regarding the payment and further said that we haven't received full amount from your travel agent , kindly ask him to pay or else you have to pay. I contacted (through phone call and whatsapp msgs) the assigned trip guide Kaif Alam (Travel Triangle staff) multiple times but he didn't respond. I had to contact Kaif because my travel agent wasn't responding to my phone calls at that time.



Feedback about Kaif Alam - Kaif is not responding to my phone calls for last * weeks. He doesn't have basic etiquettes of answering phone calls and responding to messages. It was around *:** PM on **th Aug **** when resort manager of Rishikesh refused to provide me entry in the resort because pymt wasn't done by travel agent to the resort. I kept on waiting at the reception of the resort and my wife and ** month old daughter were also waiting with me at around *:** PM on **th Aug in Rishikesh. Since travel agent neither responded to my call nor to the Trihari resort (Rishikesh) manager's call, so I had to call Kaif Alam. I called Kaif Alam multiple times and he didn't respond. Similar non sense was created by Kaif Alam in April **** also when I booked Jim Corbett package through Travel Triangle. emails were also sent to Travel Triangle before this incident also for various other issues but nobody responded from their side.
