We bought kodak HD tv on ****-**-**, it was started display issue within * months and got it resolved after * months as well.
Now again TV has display issue, I have sent many reminders started from *th November **** to solve them, but no satisfactory received from the company even no solution is given to the TV issue. Its been * months no proper response for my around ** reminders. We can contact either through mail or customer care, no other options. Even no proper response in these channels. Very bad service.
Its been more than * months we could not use the TV in one year of span.
The mail I have sent to the company is attached herewith.
Need a compensation permanently from the company as I don’t want go further deal with them rather service as well.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
