I'm the customer of TVS motors from past * years. Due to sudden engine noise in my bike (TVS Apache RTR *** *V), I have given for service in TVS showroom (Sri Krishna motors, Hassan) on **th November. But till today, issue has not been resolved. I have personally visited the showroom *-* times but the response from the service manager and advisors is same. They have not identified the issue for noise in the bike. They are giving excuses for not resolving the issue. Even I raised a complaint via mail to TVS motors company on November **th. Even they are giving excuses from past one week. They have not taken any action against the showroom nor the service team. I'm very disappointed against TVS company for these kind of services.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
