I online booked one way taxi from raipur to raigarh at ** march **** , ** - * pm ,but they tell me that taxi is not available at *:** pm, they not informed me at that time also. after some time the tel me for refund money after few days in my account. Today is ** june ****, at this day i call them abut more then ** times and also e-mail about *-* times for refunding my money. but they not take any action . i m a student and i am facing various problems for my study and leaving(in lock down condition ) because of only them. Today i call him again and they said me to give money in wallet(which is not assessable ), is totally usefulness for me now. i urgently need money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
