Did car booking from Rahul Travels on **/**/**** and they confirmed the booking and took Rs **** which i paid from my debit card. Booking was from Raipur to Raigarh. After reaching to raipur Rahul Travels told they could not provide car service and will initiate refund within ** hrs. Till the date they did not gave the refund neither telling when they will give.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
