My internet keeps dropping from past * week. I have to raise a complaint everyday and hathway simply closes the ticket without any resolution and ask me to wait for modem change.

However, no help has been received. Ans when I wish to complaint further, the customer reps disconnect my call rudely. No, wonder why people prefer other providers.
