Dr. Abhishek Tiwari filed complaint against Hathway broadband Indore on May 20, 2020
The issue that I have experienced is: Let me precisely put the facts across
regarding my complaint.
Hathway is a big cheater.
I had taken the connection from Hathway and had opted for Intex * plan which
was priced Rs. **** for * months subscription.
In the mean time, company reduced the price to Rs. **** for * months
subscription. They not only failed to inform me about the same but also
continued to charge me Rs. **** plus taxes for quite a long while.
Recently, I found that the same plan is available only for Rs. **** for
which I have been paying Rs. ****, I felt being cheated.
Still I ignored it and then called customer care to upgrade my plan to Super
Storm plan since I have paid the amount equivalent to this plan…..they
refused to do so and also told me that if I have to opt for higher plan,
then I may have to pay the ‘Difference Amount’. Now I don’t understand which
difference amount are they asking me from……instead I should have asked for
the refund of the difference amount I have been paying for a plan which is a
cheaper one……….. (ulta chor kotwal ko daante)
I had raised following tickets to raise the concern and they all have been
closed with out my permission / confirmation with remarks ‘Complaint
Resolved’

You are requested to please take the cognizance of the same since hatchway
people have become shameless and not been providing satisfactory resolution.
Else I may be forced to take legal action against them which will prove
grossly offensive to decency, morality and good taste.

Upgrade my subscription to 'Super Storm' plan since I have been the amount
equivalent to same and still using lower cost plan which is Intex *
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep
a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
