I have availed Express credit loan from SBI on **.**.**** vide Loan A/C No *********** with agreed Interest Rate of **.*% in ** EMI @ Rs ****.**. I have signed the agreement with these terms and condition .whereas the loan amount was debited at the interest rate of **.** % in ** EMI @ *****.** and loan account was closed on **.**.****.In addition The bank charged Rs ****.** in the name discharge interest.The way the bank collected the loan amount was totally against my signed terms and condition.
