Hi All,
I had been using SBI card since **** , due to usage basic card was upgraded from pre , signature card . recently card was renewed without my permission where i wanted to close the signature card , several times req team to cancel the card but same is not done instead started monthly bills
In this process i wish to use lower end card simply save card . but without delivering the card ( i never used this card and even not taken by me ) SBI guys are started giving monthly bills which i am not responsible for the same .

Now i am getting bills for these * cards from SBI.

Need justice in this regard
