Yaantra.com - Service Deficiency

Hi,

I gave my Lenovo laptop which was having boot issues along with an advance payment of Rs. *** to Yaantra on **th August **** against Service Request number ******.

After that it has been an endless wait, with false promises from Noida team that the local Hyderabad team will connect and resolve my issue.

Leave aside resolving my issue, they are yet to diagnose the problem and inform me. Every time they ask me for one more day and its now * days, with no issue resolution in sight.

Customer service number provided is always busy. I am now asking them to return back my laptop to me, as is, and they are delaying this ordeal further.
