I have given my Nokia * mobile phone to yaantra.com to repair it due to water damage, I booked a repair with request id: ****** on **-Aug-**** their executive picked it up, they said it will be delivered on **-Aug-****, but they didn't deliver on promised date. I called them and asked for my mobile status they said parts are in transit it will be delivered on **-Aug-****, but that too didn't happen. I again called and asked the status, they replied that it is under repair and get delivered on **-Aug-****. That too didn't happen again, I called again they told it will get delivered on **-Aug-****. Again it is not delivered .
I called today i.e. on **-Aug-**** now they are saying some battery issue raised and under repair it will get delivered on **-Aug-****.
I am not having other backup phone, I am suffering a lot due to their irresponsible behavior towards customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
