Dear sir,
I purchased a phone * months ago that is mi **x from amazon and after some days started getting problems in phone, phone starts automatically on/off then i asked that to service centre and they told me wait for update and i did but still i faced problem then after that i visited mi service centre for the *-* times they always refused to repair it, they always told me that I can’t believe that it having any issue , i only trust when it will be off infront of me but how that is possible because i have no idea when phone will be off it will be randomly but still after * times i visited service centre for the *th time and still they were arguing with me but that time between argue phone got off then i told him to see and after many arguments they accepted to repair phone and registered for auto off/on problem and told me to wait *-* days it will be repaired and informed to you but after that it’s been * month but phone not repaired.. before today they were telling me always that I ordered i dont have part that is motherboard when it will come your phone will be repaired and never told me exact date when will be repaired, i also complaint to Mi helpline *-* times but they also didn’t gave any resolution, and yesterday called me to service centre and they told me that phone is repaired but it was not repaired then i told him but got reply that ‘Jo karna tha kar liya humne hm to kr diye the ni ho rha to kya kare le jaao phone varna fir pade rahenge yha pe’ then after arguments he re registered phone and kept to repair again and told that now we won’t take time i have parts available but now told me to wait ** days more your phone have another issue now i ordered another part then wait for some days more and also told me we can’t tell how time it’ll be take.. and said that we can also take for * month or more if needed.. he is satisfying his ego because he had to take phone after argument.. no one is giving any resolution.. where should we go now? I am a student i was doing online classes in that phone what to do now..?
Plz sir take a legal action , you are the last where i can complain
