I had problem with power button and volume button so I went to service centre for repair of that. They told me to wait. Gave me back the phone with dent on back. When contacted Xiaomi no one is ready to answer or give a concrete response. I had taken photos before going to service centre (I do that every time I go for repair)
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
