Eatclub - Served Raw chicken suffered medically and not received any refunds

I ordered a chicken sandwich from eatclub one night. After taking a bite what of what I thought to be a big piece mushroom, I opened to check if they had given me a mushroom sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich. I soon realized what I had eaten was a raw piece of chicken and there were other big pieces of raw chicken, mixed with the cooked chicken. I suffered from a fever for the next * days. When asking for refund they said they don't have any process to refund money back to source and they only gave me *** credits to compensate a bill of ***, the doctor consultation for it costed me **** and even more for the whole procedure.
