Eatclub - Order not received

I had order food from eat club at *:** pm, and order was supposed to be delivered by *:** pm, but it has been almost * hours and it still has not be recieved by me. I even asked them to cancel it and give me a refund, but they are not at all co-operating. They say if I cancel it, even after * hours then too they won't give me a refund
