I contacted them as I couldn't see my order details and their cs agent only did all the exchange process. On the day of delivery agent came to collect the items I was not there but my brother returned the two packages which I already packed separately as said by the cs agent. He did not give any receipt and mentioned not needed when asked for bill as he did not have net access. Now when I contacted twice they are showing some other items and saying I returned them. One of the item is my friend's gift. Now they are saying they cannot process as I don't have receipt.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
