Fastrack - Sent damaged product

Hi,
Snapdeal sent me a damged product.when I placed a return, delivery boy did not call me and he did not pick the item and regarding this I sent so many mails to Snapdeal help also ,no response from Snapdeal .Daily I used to call delivery guy regarding return for that he used to say that he will come and pick .Till date he did not come and pick my item. Now the return request has been closed . Could you please help me in this.
