I have Ordered a touch Lcd (combo folder) from Touch Lcd House (order Id ******) at **/**/**** and receive the product at */*/****. But i received a Defective Product ( image * : display working in opposite direction) . I talked to the customer care of Touch Lcd House, they told me to upload the product images so i uploaded the images on their website. After * days they told me to send the product to them by my own money so i send them by same curiour in same box ( image *) at **/*/****
I have all the videos from receiving the product from curiour and before sending them the product.
Now they uploaded a different product's imgage and rejected my product warranty ( image *)
Dear Touch Lcd House please return my Rs **** money with Rs*** extra which i have paid for delivery charges.
I have enough proof to prove your fault. Return my money, other wise I will take legal action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
