Touch Lcd House - they are not giving refund

I have order(******) LCD for my old LG G* Vs*** mobile on ** oct **** paid via Google pay(*** rupee) and they were not sending or updating my order so I cancelled it and after cancellation they are not returning my money back. I have wrote them multiple emails and WhatsApp message but they are not responding to any of my messges.
