Wall art purchased from www.metalkraft.in on May **, ****. After several follow-ups product was delivered on Jun **, ****. On opening the package, the wall art was found to be of extremely cheap quality and quite different in colours and design shown on their website. Very same day, return request was placed following the process mentioned on Metalkart's website. From that day onwards i.e Jun **,****, seller stopped responding to return and refund request emails and it's subsequent follow up emails. On Jun **, ****, spoke to someone on +************ - customer care number. The seller tried hard to convince for a replacement and after telling him that we wanted a return, agreed and mentioned the same will be arranged in *-* days. Again, no response on that number after that day. After writing a warning email citing legal action, suddenly a flurry of emails started with again replacement options. I have shared screenshots of their returns policy however the seller is refusing the same.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
